Abdulrahman Jiro

Continuing our share in the burden, sacrifice and ideas of the great Syrian people over the past fourteen years, the idea of launching and establishing the company took shape before us: we are people of vision and resolve to build the new Syrian state with Syrian hands and Syrian ideas.

After nearly a year of study following the blessed liberation of the Syrian people and the restoration of sovereignty over Syria's ancient land, and despite the difficulties, changes and bottlenecks inherited from the dark and unjust era, we held firmly to one decision: to build an independent entity with its own legal personality, in the spirit of building the state under the law and within the future vision of the Syrian government.

Since early 2026 we have built an entity with regional reach and global partnerships, and we continue to succeed by God's grace and care — by placing the public interest above all interests and preserving Syrian sovereignty above every sovereignty: to become a global example in the evolution of ideas, trust in dealing, and transparency of decision, execution and solutions.

A jurist and researcher in political science and economics; he holds a bachelor's degree in Law and Sharia and a bachelor's degree in Political Science, plus six specialised diplomas. He worked for ten years in economics and economic-resource management in northern Syria and Türkiye, and founded and managed companies in both countries in import-export, investment consulting and economic-resource management.

Hadi Aladdin

I studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto and lived more than thirty-five years between Dubai in the UAE and Toronto in Canada, building over more than twenty years experience in technology, artificial intelligence, finance, health and education — building, investing and mentoring on global platforms alongside institutions and funds from every continent. Through all those years Syria was present in every decision: a homeland I had not visited since 2007, and a postponed question — when do we return to build?

The blessed liberation turned the question into a duty. Syrians at home preserved the land with their sacrifices, and Syrians abroad preserved knowledge, experience and relationships; the renaissance is complete only when the two meet in one project under the roof of the law and within the vision of the new Syrian state. That meeting is what ETT Elite Global was founded on.

My responsibility in this company is to turn global experience into work rather than slogans: to base our decisions on the governance and transparency standards by which the largest institutions operate, to attract Syrian and international talent to our projects, and to open for our partners in the Gulf, Türkiye and Europe a Syrian door that understands their institutional language and speaks the language of the land at the same time.

I have seen how digital systems, companies and funds are built from scratch in mature markets, and I know that Syria holds something rarer than capital: talent that has endured, land that is waiting, and real need. Our task is to connect these elements with capital, technology and international partnerships, to standards that make the Syrian opportunity bankable and sustainable.

I call on Syrian talent around the world to return, even with part of their time and knowledge, and I call on our international partners to see Syria as we see it: a land being built now, by hands that know the value of what they build.

A Syrian-Canadian electrical and computer engineer, investor and entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience in digital transformation, artificial intelligence and fintech, and an early investor in digital currencies since 2015. Author of the principal digital-transformation initiative that built the software infrastructure of most ministries and government bodies in the new Syria. He enjoys a distinguished standing in finance and business, and lived more than 35 years between Dubai and Toronto.
