Trade and Supply
Building materials and interior and exterior fit-out
We import and export building materials and everything needed for interior and exterior fit-out — from structure to finish — for our projects, partners and clients, through a supply chain that links manufacturers in Türkiye, the Gulf, Europe and East Asia to work sites in Syria, in coordination with the 13 execution companies under our management.

Supply Chain — From Source to Site
Six documented steps managed from a single office: we set specifications with the engineering team, contract manufacturers directly, and handle shipping, insurance, customs clearance, warehousing and delivery to the work site — within Syrian customs and trade regulations.

- Contracting — Selecting manufacturers and suppliers and negotiating prices, delivery terms and warranties.
- Shipping and insurance — Insured sea and land freight via the coastal ports and land crossings.
- Clearance and compliance — Customs clearance under Syrian regulations, with certificates of origin and conformity.
- Warehousing and distribution — Warehouses in Damascus and on the Coast, with distribution to branches and projects.
- Delivery and installation — Delivery to site and installation through partner execution companies, with after-delivery follow-up.
Compliance and quality — We comply with Syrian customs and trade regulations and with certificates of origin and conformity. Projects holding an investment licence benefit from the customs exemptions granted for machinery, production lines and equipment under Article 20 of Investment Law No. 18 of 2021 and its amendments.
Digital Transformation
A pivotal role in Syria's digital transformation: our co-founder and CEO is the author of the principal digital-transformation initiative that built the software infrastructure of most ministries and government bodies in the new Syria — so that every project is born digital from day one.
